Cut the tangerine segments in half and remove the seeds. Reserve
In a medium saucepan, combine the tangerine juice, sugar, and cornstarch
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened
Remove from heat
With caution, add the tangerine segments to the pan, then stir in the brandy
Serve warm with chocolate, vanilla, or your preferred ice cream.
