1 package of all-purpose flour or maria biscuits

1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar
150g of unsalted chocolate, melted
5 large eggs, separated
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla

Beat the butter or margarine with the confectioners' sugar until well combined
Add the melted chocolate and mix well
Add the egg yolks and mix thoroughly
Add the vanilla extract
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture carefully
Process the biscuits in a blender
Also process the pecans in a blender
Mix and spread half of it evenly in a 16x26 cm rectangular glass dish, very well greased
Spread the cream on top and sprinkle with the remaining biscuit and pecan mixture
Place in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
