Place the scoops of ice cream in 2 individual dishes and freeze them
When serving, heat the jelly, liqueur, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan, stirring constantly
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly
Add the apples and stir well
Heat the cognac and ignite it
Pour the flaming dessert over the apples and place it on top of the ice cream
Serve immediately.
