Make a thin syrup with the pumpkin puree and water
Let it cool and add 4 egg yolks
Mix well
Put it on the stove, mix until it boils, then remove from heat
Add the slices of pumpkin that have been soaked in a little milk
Let the pumpkin pieces sit in the syrup for a bit, then remove them and put them on a plate
Add the remaining 4 egg yolks to the syrup
Let it cook until it thickens slightly
Strain it through a sieve and place it over the pumpkin slices
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg, and garnish with chopped almonds and raisins.
