French Vermouth Noilly Prat
Fill a martini glass with ice
Add a mixer and fill with ice
Stir and, with a spoon, remove excess water, add the gin, remove the ice, add six drops of Noilly Prat, and stir with a cocktail spoon
Remove the ice from the cup, draining well the water, and pour the drink from the mixer into the cup
Place a green olive on a toothpick and your Dry Martini is ready
Pereira's tip: the less drops, the drier it gets.
