Chill the shaker in the freezer for a few minutes
Add the dry gin, dry vermouth, and ice to the shaker glass, whisk rapidly with the mixing spoon
Strain into the tasting cup, passing through the Hawthorne strainer
Add the olive and lemon zest on top of the cocktail, letting its oil drizzle down.
