Beat the egg, whole wheat flour, and water with an emulsifier in a blender
Butter a non-stick frying pan with sunflower oil and fry the dough like a crepe
Remove and place it in a colander
For the cream
Blend yogurt, 1 strawberry, and an emulsifier in a blender
Pour over the prepared dough
Garnish with the other strawberry
Serve chilled.
