250g of pork loin, cut into cubes
250g of chicken breast, cut into cubes
4 cloves of garlic, minced
4 small onions, quartered
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 cups of vegetable broth
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
2 large pieces of salted beef, cut into big chunks
2 ears of green corn, cut into chunks
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 cup of green olives

Heat the oil in a large pot, add the bacon and meats
Cook until browned on all sides
Fry until everything is well browned
Add the garlic, onions, and tomatoes
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the vegetable broth and cook at low heat with the lid closed until the meats are tender but not mushy
Add the bell pepper, salted beef, and corn
If there's little broth left, add more hot water
Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce
Cook until the corn is soft, then remove from heat, add the green olives, and serve.
