4 small onions chopped
2 tomatoes cut into pieces
2 cups of vegetable broth
1 red bell pepper cut into strips
2 large sprigs of parsley cut into pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 cup of green olives
2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, add the bacon and meats
Fry until browned on all sides
2 Add the garlic, onions, and tomatoes
Cook for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally
3 Add the vegetable broth and cook with the lid on, until the meat is tender but not falling apart
4 Add the red bell pepper, parsley, and corn
If there's little broth left, add more hot water
5 Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce
6 Cover the skillet and cook over high heat until the corn is tender
Remove from heat, stir in green olives, and serve.
