450g of sweet herb
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
100g of Gruyère cheese

Cut the sweet herb into pieces and wash thoroughly
Cook in water with salt for about 15 minutes or until it's tender
Drain
Place in a square baking dish, approximately 23cm, and cover with the sauce made by whisking together flour and milk, adding the milk gradually while whisking constantly
Add the grated cheese and heat over low heat, whisking constantly until smooth
Spread over the sweet herb in the baking dish and place in the oven to warm thoroughly
Bake for 4 periods.
