Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
Let it rest for about 30 minutes
Insert 4 shrimp into each skewer
Beat the egg with the salt
Pass the skewers, with the shrimp, first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in bread crumbs
Fry for about 2 or 3 minutes on each side in melted butter or margarine
Serve with tartar sauce.
