Line a baking dish with the fish fillets in a single layer, greased with butter
Sprinkle the fish with the chopped onion, salt, and black pepper
Cover with tomato pieces
Top with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
Serve three times.
