Chop the onion and cut the bell pepper into strips
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper over medium heat until tender
Add the paprika, sweet paprika, and rice
Stir delicately, add salt and fish broth
Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed
Add the tuna
Stir gently, cover the pan, and let it rest for five minutes
Serve hot with green salad.
