Assemble the skewers: two chicken hearts, one sausage piece, an eggplant slice, onion, chicken heart, sausage
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste
Cook in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown, or grill on a barbecue.
