12 small potatoes
12 squares of cheddar cheese (100g)
1 lightly beaten egg
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Oil for frying
Wash and cook the potatoes without peeling, until they're cooked but still firm
In small skewers alternate a potato with a cube of cheese
Dip the skewers first in the beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
Drain on absorbent paper
Serve as an appetizer to accompany drinks.
