Place each ear of corn in the center of a large square of aluminum foil
Brush the corn with melted butter or margarine, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper
If desired, you can add any other seasonings of your preference
Wrap the ears of corn, closing very well the ends of the paper
Roast in a hot oven (400°F) for about 35 minutes
Serve 4 ways.
