Mix the condensed milk, milk, and chocolate chips

Add the whisked yolks and butter and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture forms a soft custard-like consistency

Let it cool down

Beat the whites in a snow-like texture and add them to the cream

Add the heavy cream, chopped nuts, milk chocolate shavings, and rum
