Cut the beef into small pieces
Mix the flour and seasonings with the beef, stirring well
Heat the butter or margarine in a pan and brown the beef
Douse the onion and drained mushrooms in a little more butter
Add the liquid from the mushroom can, half of the mushrooms, beef broth, and sour cream to a blender
Couple for 10 seconds or until the mixture is smooth
Pour over the beef and combine with the reserved mushrooms
Cook uncovered over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Serve with rice or macaroni
