6 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 large egg, beaten

Mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl
Add the butter or margarine
Mix with a wooden spoon until you get a thick batter
Add the egg and mix until a ball forms
Place the dough in the center of an 18 cm diameter greased mold
With your palm, press the ball to distribute the dough evenly on the bottom of the mold about 1 cm thick
Cut into slices and dust with sugar
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for about 25 minutes until the dough is lightly golden
Serve with fruit gelato
