2 small and green aboboras

1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 handfull of broccoli

Cut each abobora into four parts and remove the seeds
Place each piece on aluminum paper, add a small amount of butter or margarine, and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Fold the aluminum paper tightly around the abobora
Place in a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven (170°) for 45 minutes or until the abobora is soft
Clean the broccoli, separate into florets of the same size, and use also the stalks
Cover with water, add salt and pepper to taste
Cook in a covered pot until tender
Drain very well, pressing slightly to remove excess liquid
Place again in the pot with butter and let simmer over low heat until the fat melts
Put in a blender and blend until smooth
Transfer the puree to a pastry bag and fill the abobora slices
Return to the oven for 10 minutes, or until warm
Serve hot.
