Soak the beans in water overnight
Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic
Add the beans, rosemary, and water
Close the lid tightly
When the pressure cooker starts moving, cook for 30 minutes
Let it cool down for 5 minutes
Finish cooling under cold running water
Season with salt to taste
