2 1/2 cups of water
1 cup of rice
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of mustard seed (optional)
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 1/2 cups of water
1 cup of rice

1/4 cup of lemon juice
Let the water boil well
Add the rice, cover and reduce heat to low
Cook for 20 minutes, or until the rice grains are tender
Remove from heat
In a frying pan, melt the butter or margarine
Add the salt and mustard seed
Stir well and warm up
Add the lemon juice and stir quickly
Pour over the rice
Stir well and serve immediately
