Put three spoonfuls of olive oil in a pan and add the onion, chopped green herbs (a lot), garlic, salt, tomatoes without peels, and olives
Then, bring to a simmer
Add palm heart and shrimp after a few minutes
Next, place bread crumbs in a bowl and pour boiling milk over them
Allow it to cool, then mix in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and eggs
Beat this mixture in a blender and pour it over the shrimp and palm heart pan that's still on the heat
Allow it to simmer for a bit longer, then transfer everything into an oiled and floured mold
