1 medium-sized squash
1 1/2 pounds of shrimp

Cut a lid on top of the squash
Wash it well and remove all seeds and fibers
Grease the inside with oil and bake until tender
Remove, then, and drain the water that forms
Line the entire squash, inside, with Catupiry cheese
Saute the shrimp with all seasonings, and when cooked, pour them off, along with their own juice, into the squash
Bake for another 15 minutes, remove, decorate the whole thing with some shrimp and fresh parsley leaves and green herbs
The baked squash serves as a accompaniment to the shrimp.
