Dough
2 packets of active dry yeast for bread
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of skimmed milk
1 cup of baking aid for oven and grill
1/2 cup of light butter
2 eggs
5 cups of wheat flour approximately
1 egg yolk for brushing
Filling
100g of grated coconut
1/4 cup of light butter
1 cup of baking aid for oven and grill
1 egg
Dough

Dough: blend in a blender the yeast, salt, milk, baking aid, butter, and eggs
Transfer to a bowl and add flour gradually
Knead the dough on a smooth surface and floured until it releases from hands
Cover with a cloth and let rest for 20 minutes
Filling: mix all ingredients until a paste forms
Open the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling
Roll up like a roulade and place in a greased baking dish
Cover again and let rest until it doubles in volume
Brush with egg yolk and bake in a medium preheated oven for 40 minutes approximately.
