1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 canned Vienna sausages, sliced into rounds
1 can of tomato sauce
a few drops of hot pepper sauce
4 hamburger buns, cut in half and toasted

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onion and bell pepper until they're soft
Add the sausages and cook until lightly browned
Add the tomato and hot pepper sauces
Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened
Cover the hamburger buns with this mixture and serve warm
