Camarone Filling:
Cut the avocado in half and place 1 tablespoon of small cooked and cleaned camarones on each half. Season to taste with seasoned mayonnaise and a few drops of pepper sauce.
Anchovy Filling:
Cut the avocado in half. Prepare a seasoning of 4 parts flour and one part vinegar. Add 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste. Place a little on each avocado half and garnish with some anchovy rolls.
Tuna Filling:
Diced tuna. Mix with a bit of mayonnaise and chopped capers (dried). Stuff the avocado.
Crab Filling:
For each avocado half, calculate 1 tablespoon of cooked crab. Season with mayonnaise mixed with pepper sauce and English mustard and garnish with black olives.
