Boil the sweet potatoes, peel and mash them in a ricer
Combine the flour and a pinch of salt
Knead well and spread the dough into a round, well-greased pizza pan
Top with slices of mozzarella cheese, anchovy fillets, and tomato slices
Sprinkle with black pepper and oregano
Drizzle with olive oil and bake.
