200g of cambuci peppers
300g of desalted bacon, cut into pieces

Wash the cambuci peppers well, remove the tops and seeds, and set aside
In a large pot, bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt, and cook the cambuci for 2 minutes
Drain and reserve
Cut the bacon into small pieces and cook in boiling water for 5 minutes
Drain, let cool, and shred
Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion until golden, then add the cooked bacon
Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley
If needed, season with a pinch of salt
Stuff the cambuci peppers, top, and bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes
Serve immediately accompanied by white rice
