750 g of fish steaks
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 cups of milk
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1/4 cup of white wine
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
For cooking the fish
1 bay leaf
1 medium onion, cut in half
1 medium carrot, peeled and cut
2 green onions
salt
pepper
750 g of fish steaks

For cooking the fish

Cook the fish steaks in 1 cup of water with the remaining ingredients for about 10-15 minutes
While that's cooking, melt the butter, whisk together the flour and seasonings
Add the milk slowly, stirring constantly until thickened
Add the eggs and white wine
Place the fish steaks on a baking dish and cover with the sauce
Serve hot.
