800g fish fillet (garoupa, badejo or cherne cut into 2cm cubes)
Salt and white pepper to taste
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 fish anchovy fillets coarsely chopped
200g fresh peas
3 tablespoons tomato puree
800g fish fillet (garoupa, badejo or cherne cut into 2cm cubes)

3 tablespoons tomato puree
Season the fish with salt and pepper
Set aside
In a refrigerator, combine olive oil with onion, garlic, parsley, and anchovy
Microwave on high for 2 minutes
Add peas, tomato puree, and season with salt and pepper
Cover with plastic wrap leaving a small opening
Microwave for an additional 5 minutes
Add fish, mix well, and microwave for another 7 minutes
Stir and let rest for 3 minutes
Serve still hot
