2 fish rolls cut into 4 pieces
Salt and black pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup of water
Mousseline:
2 medium onions, finely chopped
4 tablespoons of butter
4 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, cut into cubes
1 cup of cucumber, peeled and cut into cubes
1/2 cup of fresh heavy cream
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Season the fish roll pieces with salt, black pepper, and lime juice
Place the water in a large pot and bring to a boil
When it reaches a boil, add the fish rolls and cook for about 4 minutes or until the fish is cooked through but still firm
Remove with a slotted spoon, place on a plate, and cover with the prepared sauce: sauté the onion in butter until golden, then add the tomatoes, cucumber, and cook for about 8 minutes from the start of boiling
Add the heavy cream, parsley, and stir well
Garnish with tomato and cucumber slices
Serves 1 or 2.
