1 1/2 cup of beans
4 cups of water
1 mashed garlic clove
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/3 cup of chopped salted beef
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1/3 cup of chopped tomato sauce
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups of canned tomatoes, drained and rinsed
1 cup of tomato puree
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
salt to taste
2/3 cup of macaroni
grated Parmesan cheese

Soak the beans in 4 cups of water for a day and a half
Drain and rinse
Fry the garlic, onion, and salted beef in olive oil
Add all remaining ingredients except the macaroni and cheese, with excess of both
Cook in a pressure cooker
Turn off heat and add the macaroni
Bring to a boil again, simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the macaroni is cooked
Serve hot, sprinkle Parmesan cheese carefully
Serve warm or at room temperature.
