Soak the soybeans in water and boil for 5 minutes
Drain and cook in another pot for approximately 20 minutes
Drain again and reserve
Boil the linguica, cut into cubes, and reserve
Brown the bacon and add onion and garlic
Combine linguica, soybeans, eggs, and cassava flour
Check the seasoning and add cilantro.
