Cook the beans with water
When cooked, drain and reserve
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry until golden brown like cracklings
Remove from the pan with a skimmer
Reserve 1/3 of the fat that was created during frying
In this fat, fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes, then add the beans and salt to taste
Fry for a few more minutes, stirring constantly. Reserve
Put butter in a pan, fry the eggs and stir
When fried, add cassava flour and fry, stirring constantly, until golden brown
When ready, mix with the beans
Serve with cracklings
