Dunk the sausage in milk for 1/2 hour
Remove, pat dry, and coat with wheat flour
Fry the bacon until crispy and keep warm
Drain excess fat
Melt the butter in the same pan
Slowly fry the sausage, flipping it to brown both sides
Season with salt and pepper
Transfer to a warmed serving dish
Add lemon juice and parsley to the pan liquid
Pour over the sausage
Fancy up with lime wedges and bacon
