2 cups of raisins
1/2 kg beef, cut into strips

Pour the raisins into a bowl and cover with hot water
Let it sit for 30 minutes
While that's happening, season the beef strips with salt and black pepper
Set aside
Drain the raisins and transfer them to a blender
Add some of the water and blend until you get a puree
Set aside
Place the onion in a pan, add milk and rosemary, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes
Remove from heat and let it cool
Strain off the cooking liquid and reserve only the broth
Add the raisin puree and olive oil, mix well, and simmer over low heat for five minutes, stirring constantly
Warm up the butter, fry the beef in batches, and serve with the hot raisin sauce.
