Half a kilogram of beef sliced into thin strips

Two tablespoons of Madeira wine
One-half teaspoon of garlic powder
Three tablespoons of oil
Four onions, chopped

In a medium bowl, mix together the cornstarch, soy sauce, wine, and garlic powder
Add the beef and mix well until it's coated with the marinade
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes
Remove the onion with a slotted spoon
Cook the beef in the same skillet, stirring constantly, until it's tender
Add the onion back in and stir to combine
Serve hot.
