Cut the pork loin in half lengthwise and, working from both sides, cut it into a large rectangle
Mix well, season with salt and lime about 2 hours before cooking
Bake in the oven
In a separate pan, sauté the onion and mix with butter when the pork is ready
Place this mixture on top of the pork
Serve the pork loin with rice and cabbage flakes
To make the flakes, sauté the cabbage and add tapioca flour until the mixture becomes loose
Taste for salt.
