Some drops of hot pepper sauce
Mix the dough ingredients until smooth
Cover and let it rest in a protected place for 30 minutes
Combine the ground beef with finely chopped onion and minced garlic
Quickly cook in olive oil, then add the parsley, bell peppers, and season with salt and black pepper
Simmer for an additional 5 minutes
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Remove from heat and let it cool completely
Allow the pickled cabbage or braised red cabbage to drain well
Roll out the dough very thinly
Place the cabbage in the center, cover with ground beef, and fold the shorter sides of the dough towards the center
Cover with a portion of the dough on the side of the larger piece and then with the other half on top, forming a package
Place it in an oiled baking dish, with the edges facing downwards
Brush with olive oil and bake in a preheated hot oven (220°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Mix the sauce ingredients and serve separately
If desired, use store-bought puff pastry instead
