1 hare of 800g, cut into pieces
150g of ham, cut into cubes
1 Portuguese sausage (200g), cut into slices of 0.5cm thickness
1 medium onion (100g), chopped
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 sprigs of rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of olive oil (60ml)
1/2 teaspoon of thyme, chopped
1/4 cup of Madeira wine (60ml)
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablet of beef broth dissolved in 1 cup of boiling water (240ml)

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the flour and beef broth
Cover and cook in the microwave on medium power for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender, stirring every 10 minutes
Dissolve the flour in the beef broth
Add to the bowl, mix, cover and cook in the microwave on medium power for 4 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened, stirring halfway through
Serve immediately
