In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water, add the honey, and 1/2 cup of flour
Work the dough, cover it, and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm environment
In another bowl, mix the remaining flour, eggs, salt, pepper, butter, olive oil, and the remaining water
Work the dough and mix it with the fermented dough, forming a ball
Add the cheeses and work the dough for about 15 minutes
Let it ferment for 30 minutes
Mold a cake or place the dough in a large round baking dish
Beat the remaining egg with milk and brush the entire surface of the dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 40 minutes.
