1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1/3 cup of fresh parsley (25 g)
1/3 cup of tahine paste (75 g)
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of water (80 ml)
6 medium-sized pita breads (440 g)

In a blender or food processor, combine the grão-de-bico, garlic, cumin, parsley, tahine paste, lime juice, salt, and water
Blend until you get a homogeneous paste (approximately 1 minute)
Set aside
Cut the pita breads in half and distribute the reserved pasta among them
Serve on a plate
