Place the flour on a flat surface or table
Make a hole in the middle and add the eggs
Gradually incorporate the flour into the eggs, mixing and kneading until a smooth dough forms
Cover with a cloth and let it rest for about 15 minutes
Gently stretch the dough open, keeping the remaining part that is not being worked covered to prevent drying out
Open it up very thin and make cappellettis or ravioli according to the design.
