Wash the rice several times until the water runs clear
Place it in a pot and cover with 3 1/2 cups of cold water
Bring to high heat, with the pot covered and let it boil
Reduce the heat, remove the lid and cook until all the water has evaporated and the rice is cooked
Stir with a fork until it's well dry
Serve in 4 portions
