Mix the yeast with warm water and a half cup of sweet potato flour
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Add the cooked and mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, wheat flour, and melted butter, mixing well
Add the remaining sweet potato flour and salt
Form small balls using the dough and shape them into desired forms
Place them on a greased baking sheet
Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes
Heat the oven to high temperature
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the tops start to golden brown.
