1 Italian-style bread
60 g of cooked ham, diced
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of mustard
60 g of mortadella, diced
1 medium tomato, diced
60 g of sausage, diced
60 g of stuffed olives
60 g of salami, diced
60 g of cooked chicken breast, diced
2 pickles in brine, sliced
120 g of Provolone cheese, sliced
1 tablespoon of melted butter or margarine

Preheat the oven
Slice the Italian-style bread in half, leaving the bottom layer thicker than the top
Cover the bottom layer with the ham
Mix the mayonnaise and mustard and spread over the ham
Add layers of remaining ingredients
Top with the rest of the bread and brush the entire sandwich with melted butter or margarine
Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at a moderate temperature for 30 minutes
Remove the foil and cut into 4 portions
Serve 4 hot sandwiches.
