Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
In a baking dish, place the bread in the oven, turning it halfway through, until it's crispy (about 10 minutes)
Remove and reserve
In a food processor, grind the meat, garlic, and bacon
Season with salt and black pepper, mix well, and divide into four portions
Place each portion into a cookie cutter mold with a 9cm diameter and, using your fingers, press to form the hamburgers
Grease a non-stick skillet or griddle with oil and heat it over high heat
Fry the hamburgers, two at a time, until they're golden brown on both sides (about 2 minutes per side)
For the sauce: in a medium pan, combine all ingredients, mix well, and cook over medium heat until the cheese melts (about 3 minutes)
Remove from heat and reserve
For the salad: in a bowl, combine all ingredients
Distribute the bread on four plates and arrange the hamburger on top
Drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with paprika, and place the salad around it
Serve immediately
