1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 lemon (juice)
Salt to taste

Make honey balls, cut prosciutto into strips and set aside
Prepare the sauce: in a pan, lightly fry the onion in butter
Add the lemon juice and let it simmer for 1 minute, then add the heavy cream and let it boil for another minute
Add the honey and season with salt to taste.
