2 kg of muscle

4 cloves of garlic well chopped

Red pepper sauce to taste
1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Cook the meat in water with salt until it's very tender
Remove from heat and drain well
Let it cool and shred
A salad bowl, place the meat, add all other ingredients, mix well, and serve.
